Local Pickup

Local pickup orders are processed on in 1 business day. Pickup orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 4PM PST through Sunday, or holidays. Once our team packs your order, you will be notified that it is ready for pickup.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3PM PST through Sunday, or holidays.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We only ship to addresses within the US and US Territories.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

We are so sorry that your item(s) arrived in less-than-perfect condition! We want you to have the best experience possible, so if your item arrives damaged or missing, please email customer service to return it or request a replacement.

Report the claim to us within 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to upload pictures showing the broken or defective piece(s). In the case of a missing piece(s), please reference the piece(s) missing in your message and include pictures showing the pieces you did receive. Each situation is reviewed and you will be contacted if any support is able to be offered.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS/UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Pro Skin Supply will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Please be sure to review and confirm your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

 

Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not claimed, it will be returned to Pro Skin Supply.

Once we receive the returned package, you can choose one of the following:

  • Refund: We can issue a refund for the items only. Please note that any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Reship: We can resend your order; an additional shipping fee will apply and will be automatically calculated at the time of shipment.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned, the original shipping cost will still be deducted. In some cases, a handling fee of up to 15% of the order total may also apply.

If the delivery issue was caused by the our shipping carrier, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
