When Using as a Massage Cream
1. After cleansing, apply a generous amount evenly over the face and neck. Gently smooth it in.
2. Massage for 3–4 minutes. Wipe off any excess with a tissue, then finish with a sponge or warm steam towel.

When Using as a Plaster Base
1. Place a layer of wet gauze over the face, then spread a generous layer of plaster cream on top.
2. Apply the well-mixed plaster evenly across the face.
3. Leave on for about 20 minutes until the plaster hardens and cools, then gently remove.
4. Wipe away any remaining cream with a damp towel, then continue with your makeup routine.

• Suitable for both face and body massage.
• For a softer massage, mix with massage oil as preferred.
